Clean water has been a campaign promise on Marco Island for more than a decade, yet little has changed. Teri will work to cut through the bureaucracy and push for practical, responsible action that finally protects the island’s canals, marine life, property values, recreation and quality of life.

Exceptional Quality of Life

Teri believes Marco Island’s exceptional quality of life is worth protecting. She will prioritize the needs residents say matter most, from preserving peaceful neighborhoods and supporting public safety to keeping crime low and making sure people continue to feel safe and comfortable in the community they call home.

Infrastructure Maintenance

Teri believes Marco Island must make careful, fiscally responsible decisions so it has the funds needed to maintain the infrastructure residents rely on every day. The City’s bridges, roads, parks and public facilities have been neglected, and she will support responsible planning to address long-delayed maintenance within the City’s budget constraints. She will also promote an easy-to-access public dashboard showing the City’s five-year infrastructure maintenance plan, including budgeted costs and actual costs at completion.

Marco Island deserves leadership that brings people together instead of fueling division. Teri is committed to promoting unity, collaboration and respectful problem-solving, while balancing the needs of local businesses, visitors and residents with a clear focus on protecting the people who call Marco home.
